Increasing aesthetic and social demands by patients have led the entire dental profession to reform the therapies and technical solutions they offer as well as rethinking the holistic approach to patients. The method of immediate loading gradually became more popular and today is the method of first choice in caseswhere a natural tooth is to be replaced with an osseointegrated implant. Today, new technologies for diagnosis and planning are used in the restoration of the different anatomical and functional situations, and in terms of rehabilitating prosthetics one is spoilt for choice by the deluge of products resulting from technological research.As part of the congress, the author will elaborate on and visually illustrate the scientific principles, clinical criteria as well as the achieved medium-term and long-term results for the above described methods.
